Take Five Minutes on March 5th to Talk to Your Kids About Drugs. Please visit the Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center website at http://www.drugfreeinfo.org/takefive.html for suggestions on having this conversation with your child and then please take time to have the conversation.
On Wednesday, February 24, 2010, spellers from all four Fremont County Schools will meet in Hamburg at the High School auditorium for the Fremont County 2010 Spelling Bee.
The ITBS Tests in grades 4 and 6 will be given during the week of March 15th, and in grades 3 and 5 during the week of March 22nd. Please look for information from your child’s teacher asking for volunteers to send snacks and reminding you of the dates to help you prepare your child for testing.
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on February 23rd and February 25th. Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to meet with your child’s teacher regarding his/her progress.
Please continue to save your Boxtops for Education and send them to school. Those dimes add up quickly. Thanks!
